Education / Training
Education and training are two of the core components of the IJEA Institute, and they play a fundamental role in the personal and professional development of individuals, as well as in the advancement of society as a whole. Educational activities through training are an important method for developing specific skills and improving the competencies of individuals in a practical context. The training programs offered by the IJEA Institute aim to raise social awareness and sensitize individuals regarding the promotion of justice values.
Research and analysis
Research and analysis are activities focused on gathering, evaluating, and interpreting data to reach reliable conclusions about a specific issue. At the IJEA Institute, research involves finding new information or verifying existing information related to justice, while analysis includes a detailed examination of data to derive facts and arguments. Based on research and analysis, the IJEA Institute prepares reports that reflect the real state of justice in the country on one hand, and the work of state institutions on the other. In the modern era, research and analysis have taken on new dimensions due to the rapid development of technology.
Gender equality
Gender equality is another key activity within the IJEA Institute that requires attention and dedication. This activity is closely linked to training and educational programs aimed at raising societal awareness about gender discrimination. Gender equality is a global objective, with challenges and successes varying across cultures and countries. The fight for full gender equality requires continuous effort and unwavering commitment from society as a whole. In this regard, with the support of donors through various projects, the IJEA Institute will advocate for gender equality, equal opportunities, education, and awareness-raising, as well as equal access, measures to prevent and combat gender-based violence, including domestic violence, sexual abuse, etc.
Social development
Social development is a concept that describes the overall progress of society, focusing on improving people’s well-being, reducing inequalities, and promoting social integrity and solidarity. The IJEA Institute aims, through various projects and in collaboration with state institutions, international organizations, civil society, and other stakeholders, to address the diverse needs of people and build a better world for all.
Children's rights
Children’s rights are guaranteed by national and international legal instruments. These rights ensure that children receive protection and comprehensive development in physical, mental, moral, and social aspects. The IJEA Institute aims, through its activities, to protect and strengthen children’s rights in various areas of life, including education, health, and social welfare. All children, regardless of race, language, gender, religious belief, ethnicity, or economic status, have the right to develop and be protected from all forms of criminal activity. As part of this area of activity, the IJEA Institute will also work on addressing the cases of children who encounter the justice system, including promoting their reintegration and social rehabilitation, with the goal of enabling them to play a constructive role in society in the future.
