According to the Statute of the IJEA Institute, the highest executive body is the Board of Directors, which appoints the Executive Director for a four-year term, with the possibility of reappointment.

The Board of Directors of the IJEA Institute has appointed Ms. Olsa Halili as Executive Director.

To ensure operational efficiency, the IJEA Institute has organized its work into three departments: the Department for Project Development and Legal Acts, the Department for Project Implementation, and the Finance Department.

Department for Project Development and Legal Acts

This department consists of university professors, experts, and professionals with proven experience in areas closely related to the nature of projects and legal acts. The main tasks and responsibilities of this department include:

  • Developing projects based on the Institute’s requirements and recommendations;
  • Developing guidelines for the correct implementation of these projects;
  • Providing legal advice;
  • Drafting and developing internal regulations;
  • Drafting contracts for external and internal collaborators;
  • Preparing meeting minutes, etc.

This department is composed of a professional team responsible for managing and practically implementing projects, starting with:

  • Developing detailed project plans;
  • Monitoring project progress and maintaining regular communication with stakeholders;
  • Managing requests for potential changes to the project and integrating these changes into the project plan without compromising the main objectives;
  • Regularly reporting on the project’s status and progress;
  • Identifying challenges and potential risks, from the planning phase through to completion.

This department, in close collaboration with the Department for Project Development and Legal Acts, works to ensure the necessary conditions for the successful realization of projects, various activities, training, conferences, awareness campaigns, etc., within deadlines and budgetary frameworks.

This department is composed of professionals in the economic field. It is responsible for overseeing and managing all financial activities related to the organization. The tasks and responsibilities of this department are as follows:

  • Developing and presenting the Institute’s financial reports and balance sheets;
  • Preparing detailed budgets for project implementation;
  • Monitoring performance compared to the planned budget;
  • Recording and overseeing financial transactions;
  • Ensuring that all financial activities comply with applicable legal regulations and accounting standards;
  • Organizing and supporting internal and external audits;
  • Planning and reporting taxes, ensuring that the Institute complies with tax laws, etc.
